The Greenville High School Computer Club
All About Us
Club members: This page needs expanded. Feel free to rewrite or add to this page!
The GHS Computer Club was founded in the 2004-2005 school year by Mr. Myers, then a second-year computer teacher at Greenville. It was created in part to help fund the certification tests in Myers’ new class, Microsoft Certification. The certifications are given by Microsoft for proficiency in Office programs, and each certification counts as a college credit at most schools. The club plans to begin selling equipment on eBay as a fundraiser. Officers were elected in fall under the guidelines of our bylaws.
We have also begun a newsletter with information about the club and with computer tips, etc. The first newsletter is available here.
